| OUR MISSION Iron Ridin Dames, Inc. was established with a Vision to join the efforts to further enhance the Alliance of Women that Ride, both in our Local communities and amongst our sisters on the road across the miles. It doesn’t matter if you are a part of a club or involved in a riding association or an Independent rider. Because it's About where the Rubber meets the Pavement And the Wind Hits Our Face an Ridin Iron with the Rumble & Thunder Beneath Us. It's About A Growing Alliance of Women on the Road. Uniting in Spirit Across the Miles It's All about Living The Ride & Embracing The Journey ! We are on the Road Ladies, and we are everywhere. We are mothers, grandmothers, sisters, daughters, aunts, wives, friends and partners. And now the bond that links us to women even across the miles, Women whom we have never met is realized through our mutual interest, Our Passion for Riding. We are strong in our numbers, and we are Women who understand The Thrill and Empowerment of a Women’s Riding Experience. We are clearly making our mark on the Motorcycling Communities and the Motorcycle Industry. Our strength and Alliance to one another and our Communities is becoming clearly recognized in our active participation and involvement in our Communities and Riding Associations and in the Riding World.
